I have been trying and posting some renowned chicken recipes so far in my blog. Chicken rezala, Chettinad chicken, chicken 65, kerala nadan kozhi curry, kolhapuri chicken, chicken cafreal are some classic ones to name a few. Before I enter into the kitchen I do a lot of homework and research about a recipe. Sometimes I tweak the recipe as well. A lot more times it produces some wonderful chicken curries and new recipes altogether! The blog is all about documenting them all. Today I will share a recipe of flavourful chicken curry with kewra water and fresh cream

The recipe is quite simple and the aroma and flavor is all imparted by kewra water or screwpine water. The richness comes from the usage of fresh homemade cream.
