How to make a pizza dough?
For 1 pizza of 8″ diameter, take 2.5 cups of maida (all purpose flour). Add 1 tsp of salt , 2 tsp of oil. Mix.
To activate yeast out of dried active yeast box, take 1.5 cups of warm water, add sugar and to it add 1 tbsp of yeast, stir. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Wait till bubbles are seen at the top.
Now to the maida mix add the yeast water. Make a soft, not so tight dough. Let it rest for 2 hours. I tried for 9 hours which gave me the best dough.
Again knead. You can add wheat flour now a bit to knead if need be. Use oil on surface of dough to handle with ease.
