Serves – 2 people
Ingredients of Pomegranate smoothie:
- 2 cups of curd
- 2 cups of water
- 1 of whole pomegranate – take the seeds
- 4 – 6 tsp sugar ( As per taste )
Pomegranate smoothie Recipe – the method :
- In a blender, put curd, pomegranate seeds, water, sugar. Give pulse for 30 – 40 seconds
- Sieve through the contents into another jar
- Serve in tall glasses
