Pomegranate smoothie is a refreshing drink with the goodness of bright red pomegranate fruit and curd. Pomegranate is rich in folate, Potassium, Vitamin C, Vitamin K. It has anti – inflammatory effects, fights prostrate cancer, breast cancer, lowers blood pressure, fights arthritis, lowers chances of heart disease, improves memory. Curd has benefits like it improves digestion, boosts immunity, good for teeth and bones, fights dandruff. Pomegranate smoothie is easy and super fast to make, tasty and healthy.  The light pink color inherited by the drink due to the presence of pomegranate is soothing to our eyes as well. Still need another reason to try it right away! So, get go!! Here’s the recipe below 🙂

Serves – 2 people

Ingredients of Pomegranate smoothie:

  • 2 cups of curd
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 of whole pomegranate – take the seeds
  • 4 – 6 tsp sugar ( As per taste )

Pomegranate smoothie Recipe – the method :

  • In a blender, put curd, pomegranate seeds, water, sugar. Give pulse for 30 – 40 seconds
  • Sieve through the contents into another jar
  • Serve in tall glasses

Your enticing Pomegranate Smoothie is ready to serve and drink !
